National Domestic Workers Alliance and Partners Host First-Of-Its-Kind ‘Care Workers Can’t Wait Summit’

In an unprecedented show of unity of workers and leaders across the care economy, the National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA), SEIU, AFL-CIO, AFT, AFSCME, Community Change, Care in Action, and Care Can't Wait will gather in Washington, D.C. for the Care Workers Can't Wait Summit on April 18th and 19th to launch a renewed effort to educate the nation, improve the quality of jobs, and recognize care workers for fighting for an equitable care economy that centers all workers across care industries.
