On July 6, 2022, the DOL released guidance on how to request a letter of support from the agency for workers involved in labor disputes (i.e. trying to assert their workplace rights). The guidance outlines how to request a letter of support from DOL: the email address to send the request, the information to provide, and the factors that DOL will consider when deciding whether to issue a letter of support.
