Join us on Saturday, May 7, for the multi-hour #MOMibuster event as speakers share their struggles, hopes, and the policies they need.
Starting at 12PM EDT, hundreds of moms, dads, parents, leaders, and caregivers across the nation will be sharing their care stories and calling on elected leaders to build the care infrastructure our nation’s families, businesses and economy need to thrive. We hope you join us.
Moms, parents, caregivers, care workers, and leaders from all over the country are turning the tables on Congress by holding an online filibuster to demand care infrastructure policies that work FOR families.
In order to succeed, families need affordable child care, free pre-K, paid family and medical leave, home- and community-based services, quality maternal health care for everyone, monthly Child Tax Credit checks, living wages for all care workers and a path to citizenship, and more. These are just a few of the needs and policies the speakers will be sharing during the #MOMisbuster event.
